• Products are available for sale each day, but quantities are limited. Please note that even if you line up, some items may be sold out and you may not be able to purchase them.
• Please be sure to check the items, quantities, change, etc. you have purchased on the spot. Under no circumstances will we be able to respond to any requests made after you have left the sales floor or inquiries made at a later date.
• We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product occurs, we will exchange it for a good product. In that case, we will need to check your purchase history, so please do not throw away your receipt.
• Returns and exchanges are not possible except for defective products.
• Details about sales locations and queue formation will be announced at the venue on the day. Please refrain from staying up all night or arriving early in the morning to purchase items, or forming a queue naturally, as this may lead to accidents or other problems.
• When waiting in line for merchandise, please take adequate precautions against heatstroke on your own. If you feel even the slightest change in your physical condition, please do not push yourself and let a nearby staff member know.
