Time of Delivery
After the order is completed (or after the payment is confirmed in case of payment at a convenience store, Pay-easy payment, or bank transfer), the products will be delivered as soon as they are ready. For items with a specified shipping date, please check the shipping date on the product page.
We will ship products per order (products added to the cart and paid for at one time will be shipped together).
* Please note that delivery may be delayed due to concentration of orders, long vacations such as year-end and New Year vacations, natural disasters, etc.

Settlement Fees
A settlement fee of 187 yen (170 yen without tax) will be charged for each payment number issued for a payment at convenience stores, Pay-easy.

Convenience store payment, Pay-easy payment, bank transfer must be made within 2 days of the payment due date indicated on the product purchase screen or e-mail sent by us. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled. (You will be notified of the cancellation of your order by e-mail to your registered e-mail address.)
Returns, Cancellations, etc.
Unless the product is defective, we cannot accept requests to cancel, return, or replacement of the product.
