TOBE OFFICIAL STORE Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets for the handling of personal information of users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the "TOBE OFFICIAL STORE" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by TOBE Co., Ltd.   • Information (TOBE ID and password, User's name, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, address, shipping address of products, telephone number, etc.) provided by the User to the Company at the time of TOBE ID registration or use of this Service.
  • Information automatically obtained by the Company when Users use the Service (usage of the Service, payment information, IP addresses, Cookie information, specific identification information of the User’s device and browser, etc.)
  • Information related to inquiries and communications from the User to the Company (information related to official identification such as driver's license and certificate of residence, etc. for identification purposes, etc.)

The above information shall include information provided by Users to and information regarding User’s behavior on our services such as TOBE COMMUNITY, the artist fan club platform operated by the Company and the fan clubs of individual artists operated by the Company.

Payment services related to Users’ payments are handled by a payment agency, and we do not retain credit card information (credit card number and security code). However, may retain only the last four digits of the credit card number for the purpose of managing the payment method used by Users of our services.


  1. Purpose of use of personal information

The personal information that the Company collect and manage will be used only to the extent necessary to achieve the following purposes and will not be used for any other purposes, except with the consent of the User or as permitted by law:

  1. Provision of personal information to third parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
