Following the release of his single "ULTRA" on Wednesday, April 22, this work marks his second release since joining the new label.
The title "ULTRActi:on" is a coined term created by Kitayama himself. It incorporates "ULTRA" from the title of his recently released new single, "Action" representing movement or activity, "Act" meaning the expression of performance, and "ON" from his new label, "RED ON." The title is imbued with these diverse meanings and his strong sense of intent.
